WyseBiz

Payments intelligence for ecommerce

Find the revenue your payments are quietly losing.

Your processor reports sales. WyseBiz reports what went missing between checkout and your bank account: declined payments, fees above contract, refunds, disputes and short payouts. Then it hands you the tools to fix them.

In early access. Works alongside the processor you already use; nothing about how you take payments changes.

Five places revenue goes missing

Each one is a comparison between two sets of records you already have. The column on the right matters as much as the others: knowing what a number doesn't prove keeps the total honest.

  • Declined payments

    What WyseBiz compares

Every authorization attempt, its decline code, card type and issuing country.

    What it can mean

A spike in one decline code can mean an issuer rule, a fraud filter set too tight, or a checkout bug.

    What it doesn't prove

A declined customer may never have bought. Declines are reported as an estimated opportunity, never as money owed.

  • Fees above contract

    What WyseBiz compares

The rate on each transaction against the pricing schedule you signed.

    What it can mean

Downgraded rates, surcharges outside your contract, or a per-transaction fee that quietly changed.

    What it doesn't prove

Some surcharges are in the fine print. You confirm each one against your own contract.

  • Refunds

    What WyseBiz compares

Refunds against the original order, amount, date and who issued them.

    What it can mean

Duplicate refunds, refunds larger than the order, or fees kept by the processor on refunded sales.

    What it doesn't prove

Most refunds are deliberate. We only flag ones that don’t match the order they reverse.

  • Disputes

    What WyseBiz compares

Each chargeback, its reason code, response deadline, and the order behind it.

    What it can mean

Money held until you respond, plus a dispute fee — and missed deadlines lose by default.

    What it doesn't prove

Not every dispute is worth fighting. We show what evidence you have; you decide whether to respond.

  • Short payouts

    What WyseBiz compares

The payout your sales should produce against the deposit that reached your bank.

    What it can mean

Unexplained withholdings, missing batches, or deductions with no matching line in the report.

    What it doesn't prove

A pending payout isn’t a missing one, and reserves are often in your terms. We account for both before flagging.

Four labels, used everywhere

An amount never moves to the next label on its own. Every figure in WyseBiz, and on this page, carries one of these.

  1. Estimated opportunity

A range, not a debt. Example: declines that might have succeeded on retry. Nobody owes you this money.

  2. Identified discrepancy

Your records disagree by an exact amount, and we can show you which lines. It still needs checking.

  3. Confirmed loss

You checked it against your contract or statement and agree it is wrong. Now it is worth raising.

  4. Recovered

Money your processor credited back, or a dispute you won. You record it, so the total stays true.

Difference: −$225.00not explained by any record

Identified discrepancy

Five records, three sources: the store's order export, the processor's settlement report, and the bank deposit.

Every finding shows its working

WyseBiz rebuilds what each payout should have been from your own records, then checks every known reason for a difference before it calls anything missing.

Before flagging the $225.00, it checked:

  • Refunds — all 4 matched to orders in this batch
  • Dispute and fee — matched to the chargeback notice
  • Processing fees — match your contract rate
  • Reserve or holdback — none in your terms on file
  • Line in the processor’s payout report — none for $225.00

Only after nothing explains it does the gap become an identified discrepancy. If your processor replies with a reason, you mark it explained and the total updates.

From finding to resolution, you stay in charge

WyseBiz finds the gap and prepares the paperwork. It doesn't contact your processor, submit disputes or move money on your behalf.

What it needs from you

Five kinds of records you already have. WyseBiz reads them; it doesn't replace your processor, your store platform or your bank.

About connections

We haven't announced specific processor or platform integrations. During early access we confirm, store by store, which records we can connect directly and which you would upload — before you commit to anything.

Records WyseBiz uses, where they come from, and what they are used for
OrdersYour store platformWhat each customer was charged, and which refunds and disputes belong to which order.
Transactions and settlementsYour payment processorAuthorizations, declines, fees per transaction, and how each payout was assembled.
Bank depositsYour business bank accountWhat actually arrived, and when. This is the end of every trace.
Your pricing scheduleYour processor contractThe rates you agreed to. Without it, WyseBiz can show what you paid but not whether it was right.
Dispute noticesYour payment processorReason codes and response deadlines, so nothing expires unnoticed.

Getting started during early access

  1. 1Tell us your setupProcessor, store platform, and roughly how much you sell by card.
  2. 2We confirm coverageWhich of the five records we can read, and anything you would need to export.
  3. 3First reconciliationWe work through the history you provide and walk you through the findings.

What we can show you, and what we can't

WyseBiz is in early access. There are no customer results, logos or testimonials on this page because we don't have verified ones to show yet. Every figure above is labelled sample data.

WyseBiz can

  • Read the records you connect or upload
  • Compare them and show the lines behind every finding
  • Draft exports and messages for you to review and send

WyseBiz cannot

  • Move, refund or withhold money
  • Change anything in your processor or store
  • Contact your processor or submit disputes for you
  • See full card numbers — it is designed never to request them

Known limits

  • It cannot know whether a declined customer would have bought. Declines stay estimates.
  • Findings are only as complete as the records you give it. A missing report means a gap it cannot see.
  • Without your pricing schedule it can report fees, not judge them.
  • It cannot make a processor pay. Recovery depends on your contract and their response.
